Emmalea Deal & The Hot Mess have released their next single in their continued attempt to take over your music library and we are here for it. The newest song “Rhinoplasty” is a rock and roll banger that feels very personal and relatable. Listen below.

Curtis Lovejoy is a protest musician that isn’t afraid to say what he feels about the political climate and those in charge. His recent release takes on FBI director Kash Patel and offers his views on his job performance. The song is set to a familiar theme of a fictional hero — which seems fitting for a fake hero.

Golden releases “Just A Ghost” at the end of October and the song is another example of why this group should be one of the biggest bands in the pop punk world. The song deals with the disconnect of a relationship and losing someone. Come for the lyrics and melody but stick around for the bridge because it’s nasty.

Cassidy Dickens has released “Lanterns.” This beautiful song deals finding yourself in a world where it sometimes feels hard to see the way forward. In her words: “Lanterns tells the story of what happens when you step away from everything familiar—the noise, the expectations, the almosts—and dare to meet yourself again in the dark.. inspired by the poet Emily Dickenson’s words:  “I am out with lanterns, looking for myself.”

Adam Yokum and Huey Mack teamed up for a duet that dropped at the end of October. The team up on “doin’ me” seems like the most logical pairing and we are just surprised it doesn’t happen more with these two. This is a reminder to tune out the noise and focus on what makes you who you are and stay grounded to that.

Josh Brooks & The High Ground dropped an ep which we covered in full HERE. Listen to the title track below.
