Mississippis own, Eden Brent wowed the crowd with her piano playing and blues vocals.

Jett Holden, who has West Virginia ties due to his grandparents living in Philippi, brought his soulful country songwriting to the stage of the Grand.

Raul Midon, who is known for his amazing guitar work and for having played live for many artists including Shakira, was incredible to hear live.

Supergroup, Wood Box Heroes was incredible and that’s easy to understand when you hear the accolades of each individual member. The song crafting of this group is hard to top.

The final artist of the evening was the hilarious but out of luck performer, Paul Thorn. Paul’s vehicle carrying his band broke down and he had to travel solo to make it to the show on time. To top it off, he had issues with guitars but still managed to put on an amazing set full of humor and awesome songwriting.

The show was capped with host, Mattea, and a slew of the performers coming on stage for a group performance. Make sure to check out Mountain Stage and go be a part of a recorded live show!
