Hip – Hop artist Travis Echols has released a new single Win Or Lose (ft BRM Cain). Echols one of many in the state shining a light on the West Virginia rap scene. While WV is known for its diverse musical landscape it would seem many are unfamiliar with how large the hip-hop scene has become over the years.
