Shelem released his ep “Play It Safe (Launch Sequence)” this week. The six song project shows off why Shelem continues to be one of top artists in West Virginia regardless of genre. CC Nichols has released another single I Think I Got This Wrong. Nichols, who we can only describe as West Virginia’s Bob Dylan, has put out several songs over the last half year that are narrative driven folk tracks full of fantastic musicianship. Listen to this new song below.
Christian recording artist John Angotti has released a new single Remain In Me. This faith driven track is a message of steadfastness and holding on to what you believe. The fantastic vocals and music on this track make us feel like we are listening to a nineties power ballad with modern sensibilities. Listen to the song below.


The Hoglsop String Band has released a new song and they brought a familiar West Virginia face along for the ride. Oldsmobile is a collab with the reigning queen of West Virginia music, Sierra Ferrell. This song sees Sierra and HSB frontman Kevin Martin play the roles of a couple going through some lulls in their relationship, faced with deciding on their future and asking will they fight for one another.
