West Virginia has a lot of opportunities to support original creative music throughout the state. Take the chance to get out of your house and go support live music and venues this weekend.

Clarksburg– Robinson Grand – Friday, May 24th, the Grand welcomes Britishmania Beatles Tribute and they invite you to take a memorable trip back to the 1960’s to experience the wonderful sound and stage persona of The Beatles! Morgantown – Tipsy Teeze – Ashley Best will be performing at Tipsy Teeze in Morgantown, West Virginia on May 24th, 2024.

Charleston – The Empty Glass – This Friday, BRRO with Space Freq. $5 cover.

Thomas – The Purple Fiddle – Thursday at 8 Pm Sofia Talvik is in Thomas to perform. Friday Possessed By Paul James will perform. Saturday Tall Tall Trees take the stage and Sunday JigJam perform at 8:30!

Dunbar – Live at The Shop – This Friday, Pinky’s Brains celebrate the release of their second album ‘Takes Over The World” Joining them will be Better From Here and John Dale. Tickets are just $10

 

Huntington – The Loud – Funktafest Announcement Bash with DJ Charlie Blac, Lancelott and Quortz. May 24, 2024 Doors at 8pm Show at 10pm $8 advance $10 day of show 18+

Elkins – Clementine’s Cantina – Truman England JR. will perform live at Sippin’ Sundays from 4 – 6 on Sunday, May 26, 2024.

Morgantown – 123 Pleasant Street – Scattered Hamlet returns to Morgantown, WV at 123 Pleasant St. with Truckstop and Hovel. Doors: 7PM Cover: $10 ADV | $15 at the door Saturday, May 25.

Whitehall – Dark & Dusty Rec. Riders Tap House – The Double D will host Landon McFadden on Thursday and Lauren Starkey Friday at 7 PM.

Grafton – Spirit of Grafton Festival – No place celebrates Memorial Day like Grafton, WV. Taylor county is the home of two national cemeteries and hosts the longest consecutive running Memorial Day Parade in the country. Leading up to Memorial Day they celebrate their hometown with a festival that will be headlined by Bucky Covington on Saturday, May 25th at 8 PM.

Bridgeport – The Bridgeport Farmer’s Market – The market is in full swing. Go stop by and pick up a few things. We promise this market is no lemon. Check them out at Kenny Zara performs from 10-1.
