West Virginia has a lot of opportunities to support original creative music throughout the state. Take the chance to get out of your house and go support live music and venues this weekend.

Cool Ridge– Weathered Ground Brewery- WV Collective Proudly Presents WVPUBFEST. Happening this weekend, Saturday, May 18, 2024 from 12-10 PM! Catch performances from Alabaster Boxer, Never Zero, Ginger Wixx, Blue Twisted Steel and many more!

Morgantown – Tipsy Teeze – Cooper Crossing will perform this Friday at 8 PM at the Teeze. This Saturday Ben Benson will be there at 8 PM.

Charleston – The Empty Glass – Dust Up and Better From Here take the stage at the world-famous Empty Glass on Friday at 10 PM! The Reveal, a 3 piece blues rock n roll band with elements of funk, hip hop, classic, progressive and psychedelic styles will be at the Glass on Saturday at 10!

Thomas – The Purple Fiddle – Thursday at 8 Pm Tommy Prine is in Thomas to perform. Friday Sweet Meg will perform. Saturday and Sunday Rumpke Mountain Boys perform at 8:30!

Dunbar – Live at The Shop – Buffalo Wabs & the Price Hill Hustle with The Chuck Town All Stars will perform at 7 PM.

 

Huntington – The Loud – The Long Lost Somethins “Farm” Album Release Show with performances by Massing, Jim Polak and Launchpad Friday, May 17th, 2024 Doors at 8pm Show at 9pm

Elkins – Clementine’s Cantina – Allen Talbot will perform live at Sippin’ Sundays from 4 – 6 on Sunday, May 19, 2024.

Morgantown – 123 Pleasant Street – 123 hosts Tommy Prine with El DugRodo on Friday at 8 PM.

Morgantown – The Encore – Jazzy grass, grassy jazz and high-brow hillbilly music! Barn Dog Philharmonic presents ‘Sounds For The Pound’. 100% of the band’s share will be donated to Animal Friends of North Central West Virginia. $10 at the door.

Whitehall – Dark & Dusty Rec. Riders Tap House – The Double D will host Andrew Parsons at 7 PM.

Charleston – Mountain Stage – Culture Center Theater welcomes Mountain Stage as they host Southern Avenue, Driftwood, Elvie Shane, Melissa Ferrick, and Jeff Plankenhornon this Sunday, May 19 at 7:00 Charleston,WV.
