Appalachian DIY-lifers Tucker Riggleman & The Cheap Dates turn isolation into hope on their sophomore album “Restless Spirit” out on 2/17/24 via WarHen Records. Mon Hills Music Group, one of West Virginia University’s two student-run record labels, released their cover of “I’ve Got My Love To Keep Me Warm, on Feb 13. Stay tuned for our behind the scenes feature on the WVU program, next week.
Adam Yokum is back with another single that will put you in the right frame of mind. Yokum describes the peace that many of us know when you take the drive to the hills of West Virginia to just get away from it all in his new track Mountains. Released on February 9th the guitar driven pop track is a great song to turn up as the state begins to thaw out.
