West Virginia has a lot of opportunities to support original creative music throughout the state. Take the chance to get out of your house and go support live music and venues this weekend.

Clarksburg – The Robinson Grand Performing Arts Center – Zach Williams brings his “A Hundred Highways Tour” to Clarksburg Thursday September 14th and 15th, 7:30 – 10:30. His blend of blues, country and Americana will be a great show to take in.

Huntington – Funktafest returns for their 7th year! Check out performances from The Kind Thieves, Dinosaur Burps, Shelem and many others. Saturday, September 16th, 11:30-10 PM.

Morgantown – 123 Pleasant St. – Ghandiii, Mizzy Manz, Sean Patel, Latravian, Marvellis with DJ Raycraft is happening this Thursday at 123! September 14th, Doors at 8. Tickets $10

Charleston – The Empty Glass – Clonetheory and Space Trash will be at the Glass this Saturday at 10 PM. $7

Huntington – The LOUD – This Sunday, The LOUD will host The Funktafest after party so don’t let the party stop and head there at 10 PM to catch Chalk Dinosaur, The Settlement and Randy.

Bridgeport – Farmers Market – The Farmers Market Music Tent will host Kenny Zara at the Market this Sunday, September 17th at 10 AM.

Thomas – The Purple Fiddle – Friday, William Matheny brings his Grand Old Feeling support tour into the Fiddle this Friday, September 15th at 8:30. $15

Dunbar – Live at THE SHOP – The Dirty Grass Players and Chandler Beavers stop in at The Shop this Thursday at 8 PM.
