Matt Mullins & The Bringdowns have released a new full length album entitled Monarch Sessions. Beckley’s Mullins brings his distinct gravelly voice to these 12 alternative tracks. He blends alt-rock, blues, folk and even spoken word to create an album that is truly an Appalachian experience. The track 45 takes a massive swing at the political climate in a track reminiscent of when U2 dropped Bullet The Blue Sky. The Parachute Brigade has brought their incredible vocal harmonies to a new track from the Charleston based rockers. I Don’t Mind blends folk with pop sensibilities with huge guitar sounds reminiscent of Coldplay. And last but not least, Shinnston native, Livy (Olivia Spino) has released a new track After All that details the distrust of a friendship and a broken love.
