Shinnston – Rollin’ Brews Beer Fest in Shinnston is returning to Ferguson Memorial Park on September 23, 2023. Organizers say that the first year was such a success that there was no question about returning in 2023. Founder, Adam Southern expressed excitement about this years event stating “ It will be bigger and better than last year and last year was already great!”

This year will see the return of the majority of last years breweries with several new additions. Stumptown Ales, Short Story Brewing, Rambling Root, High Ground Brewing, Screech Owl Brewing, Big Timber Brewing, and Clendenin Brewing Co., will be returning to the park. The eleven acre Ferguson Memorial Park is the perfect backdrop for this annual event. The one acre concert green space in front of the amphitheater houses multiple big events throughout the summer.

City of Shinnston officials have expressed their gratitude for people within the community stepping up to put on gatherings like Rollin Brews. “These types of events just turn our community into a better experience all around” Assistant City Manager, Tori Drainer said.

Rollin Brews starts at 3 PM directly after the Rollin Coal Gravel Grinder bike race that it’s also housed at the park. The race brings entrants from all over the country to attempt one of the toughest gravel races on the east coast.

Organizer of Rollin Coal, Jason Martin, says “These two communities have a ton of overlap. So many of the guys who enjoy racing these challenges also love the craft beers. It’s been a great follow up to the race.”

Some of the bands performing at this years Rollin Brews will include, Brandon Wood Music, The Heavy Hitters and Last Year’s Model

Tickets for Rollin Brews can be purchased through Eventbrite. There is no admission fee to come and enjoy the music and food trucks.
